Little Love Tokens

Those little tokens of love,
that you bestow on me,
mean so very much,
and are the most lovely.

They are the best gifts,
that one could ever give,
cause they really touch the heart,
and will never fall apart.

Just a little love piece,
that means so much to me.
It's the thought behind it, you see,
thats' the best to ever be.

I don't need something expensive,
or that costs a million dollars,
cause you are the biggest part of me,
and that's all I really need.

You serve me breakfast in bed,
as I lay there and rest.
What a special surprise and treat,
as you sit beside,and watch me eat.

You bring me a cup of tea,
as you sit and sip with me.
These are the things that have meaning,
and are really so very neat.

You hand to me a lovely rose,
and tell me to hold it close,
cause only you and God know,
the purpose, that it holds.

Just a little token of your love,
my how much it shows,
and the love that you give to me,
really makes me glow.

Then you seal it all with a kiss,
one that I'll never forget.
These are the memories,
that I never want to miss.
