Tell Her You Love Her

Tell her you love her, please tell her you care,

In times of trouble tell her you'll be there,

For her heart is heavy now that you've gone,

She needs a reason for life to go on.

Reach out and touch her, can you feel her pain?

What do you hope by your silence to gain?

Each day that passes she dies more inside,

There's no more room for her sorrow to hide;

For once you loved her, her spirit was free,

Now that, for hers, just a cruel memory.

She does not ask you for mansions or gold,

Only for your love before she's too old.

Tell her you love her, oh tell her you care,

Or one day you'll find she's no longer there.
