A Poem About Love
A poem about love is never enough
Like a perfect summer day it just can't stay
But it's like a gamble without a bluff
How can you win, if you've never played?
Think of a battle without a shield

The heart is open to each and every blade
Whatever weapon that you may wield
You trust your soul in the sword of your mate
The desire, the passion, the lust rests on that
trust
Unrelenting like some intoxicant you must puff
Until the time comes for ashes to ashes and dust
to dust
A poem about love...it's never enough.
