Poems For Lovers
A Painful Life

Just before the early break of dawn

Just as a tiny bit of light can be seen

This is known as morning twilight time

As the stars in your eyes begin to gleam

Love me, take me, make me, mold me

Into whatever was in your sweet dreams

Morning twilight is time for making love

With inhibitions cast to the wind, it seems

Doesn't twilight time sound so delightful

Many don't realize it comes twice a day

Once before dawn and again before dusk

A wonderful time for true lovers to play

Just as the sun sinks beyond the horizon

And just a tiny bit of daylight can be seen

This is known as the evening twilight time

And the stars in your eyes begin to gleam

Love me, take me, make me, mold me

Into whatever was in your daydreams

Evening twilight is time for making love

With inhibitions cast to the wind, it seems
