Longing

A wedding anniversary is a reminder,

To love and be loved, from your wedding vows

From when you first wed.

Love is hope it bales and endures all things,

Love is caring and sharing

and understanding of each other.

An anniversary is when you look down

at your wedding ring on your finger,

And reflect back over time,

It may be worn and tattered over the years,

But still it is an unbroken circle,

With no beginning and no ending,

It is a symbol of eternity of life and love,

That you share together forever.
