That everything I love
Is slipping away from me.
I'm scared...
So very scared...
That the person
I want to give everything to
Won't accept it and give it all back.
I'm alone...
So very alone...
With thoughts of wondering
What tomorrow will bring.
Uneasiness...
Sorrow...
Some of the feelings I'm experiencing.
But the one that hurts the most,
The one that keeps me awake at night...
It's fear.
Fear of losing her,
Fear of losing us.
With great love comes great fear.
When you find love
so strong and deep
As the love that I've found,
You fear ever losing it.
What would I ever do without her?
I fear ever having to answer that question.
